When tapped against a smartphone, it instantly delivers your contact information — no app, no setup, and nothing required from the other person. Think of it as a traditional business card that never runs out, never becomes outdated, and gives you full control over your information at all times.
Here's the full experience from the recipient's perspective:
You tap the back of your PIXEL Smart Business Card against the back of their phone.
Their phone detects the NFC signal and automatically opens a link in their browser — no app, no confirmation needed.
Your contact information (or full PIXEL Connect profile) loads instantly.
They tap Save to contacts and you're added directly to their address book.
The whole process takes a few seconds. The recipient doesn't need to download anything.
Yes — it works natively on all modern iPhones (iPhone 7 and later) and virtually all Android devices. No app is needed on either side.
Does it need an internet connection? The recipient's phone needs internet to load and download the contact. However, if they're offline at the moment of the tap, the page loads automatically once they reconnect — no need to tap again, just refresh.
Always tap the back of your PIXEL Smart Business Card against the back of the recipient's phone. Hold it steady for a moment and it will trigger automatically.
Where exactly on the phone:
iPhone — NFC receiver is at the top of the back.
Android — NFC receiver is at the top or centre of the back. If it doesn't trigger immediately, slide the card slowly toward the centre.
Once it hits the NFC zone it activates instantly.
PIXEL Original (SAR 100) — Premium finish, full-colour print, NFC-powered. Great for everyday professional use.
PIXEL Metal (SAR 200) — Solid metal construction with a brushed silver edge and a premium weight you can feel. A stronger first impression in high-stakes meetings.

No. PIXEL Smart Business Cards are built to last indefinitely. The NFC chip has no battery and no moving parts — it won't degrade over time. If your details change, update them on your profile and the very next tap delivers the new information automatically. You never need to reorder.
Yes, always. Your contact details live on your PIXEL profile — not printed on the card. Update your name, role, company, phone, or email at any time, and the very next tap delivers the new information automatically.
Privacy & Security
No. PIXEL uses a one-time secure link system. Each tap generates a unique, single-use link — the moment it's used, it expires. Even if someone copies the link, it's already dead. Your contact information is never exposed as a static, shareable URL — it's tap-only, every time.
Only people who physically tap your card. Your profile is not publicly indexed or discoverable via search engines. For Connect profiles, the page is accessible only via the unique tap link — not a URL anyone can stumble across.
Deactivate it immediately from your dashboard. Once deactivated, any tap of that card will not deliver your contact information. You stay in full control at all times — unlike a traditional business card, which anyone who finds it can use indefinitely.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. PIXEL is operated from Saudi Arabia and complies with applicable data protection regulations. Your profile data is never sold to third parties. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Ordering & Customisation
Yes. Every PIXEL Smart Business Card can be personalised with your name, role, company, and contact details. You can also upload a fully custom design for your company branding or a specific visual identity.
Standard design (template-based) is included in the base price. Custom design (your own artwork) is available at SAR 30 extra per card type.
Upload your artwork as a PNG file. You can preview exactly how your card will look using the on-site card visualiser before placing your order — what you see on screen is what gets printed. The higher the resolution of your uploaded image, the sharper the final print quality.
Yes. Our Teams shop allows you to order a single branded company design with each employee's name and position varying per card. If you need a fully unique custom design for each individual team member, contact us and we'll handle it for you.
Orders are produced and dispatched within a few business days. Delivery time varies based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Yes — PIXEL ships both locally within Saudi Arabia and internationally. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. All orders include a tracking link so you can follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
Team orders start from a minimum of 3 cards. For orders up to 10 cards, you can place your order directly through our Teams shop — custom design is included at no extra charge on all team orders. For teams of more than 10, contact us for a quote tailored to your needs and team size.
It depends on how you checked out:
Linked to your account at checkout — your card arrives ready to use. No setup needed. Just tap and go.
Checked out as a gift — the recipient simply taps the card on their smartphone, which prompts them to sign in or create a PIXEL account. Once their profile is complete, the card is live and fully set up for every tap after that.
Reorder at any time from the shop. If you had a custom design, we retain it so reordering is quick. If you're concerned about someone using a lost card, deactivate it from your dashboard — any future taps will no longer deliver your contact information.

All team orders include custom design at no extra charge (SAR 30 off per card). Additional discounts apply based on quantity:

We accept all major payment methods including Mada, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. The applicable VAT (15% in Saudi Arabia) will be calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
Custom and personalised Smart Business Cards cannot be refunded once production has begun, as they are made to order. If you receive a defective card or there is a production error, we will replace it at no cost. For any concerns, contact our support team and we'll make it right.

PIXEL Connect is an optional subscription (SAR 39/month or SAR 69 for 6 months) that unlocks a full digital profile linked to your card. When someone taps your card, instead of just receiving a contact file, they land on your personalised profile page — featuring your photo, links, social accounts, and a two-way exchange form so they can share their details back with you instantly.
When someone taps your card, they land on a clean, mobile-optimised profile page showing your photo, name, role, and company. Below that are your contact links — phone, email, and any social or professional accounts you choose to add. At the centre of the page are two buttons: Save Contact and Connect. Tapping Connect opens a short form where the recipient fills in their own details and sends them back to you — making a two-way exchange possible with a single tap of one PIXEL Smart Business Card. The page loads instantly in their browser — no app needed.
When someone taps your PIXEL Smart Business Card they land on your Connect profile. From there, they tap the Connect button which opens a short form where they enter their name, phone, email, and company. Once submitted, their details are saved automatically to your contacts dashboard — every handshake becomes a captured lead, with no chasing or manual data entry.
Yes. Without Connect, your Smart Business Card still delivers your contact details on every tap. Connect adds the profile page, two-way exchange, and lead tracking. The core NFC-powered functionality is always included.
Yes — Connect can be activated at any time from your account dashboard, completely independently of when you bought your card. The moment you subscribe, every tap delivers your full Connect profile. No new card needed.
A company admin portal aggregates all leads collected across every employee's card into one dashboard — exportable to your CRM or ERP. Each team member gets their own profile and accesses their contacts using a unique employee code. No individual accounts needed.
You do. All contacts collected through your PIXEL Connect profile belong entirely to you. PIXEL does not use, sell, or access your leads. You can export them at any time from your dashboard in a standard format compatible with most CRM systems.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your profile and collected contacts remain accessible until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, your card reverts to standard contact delivery mode — no data is deleted.
